went to the sch at 6am++ .
for ncdcc cpr course.
at home team acdemy.
this place gave me a very good 1st impression.
sir vanga went with us too.he was damn funny and humorous.
one comment for the course is tt its very very fun n interesting.
was laughing all the way through out the course.
the humorous instructors are super good,friendly n patient to us.
the venue for the whole course is at an air-conditioned room.
started with some lectures about cpr-cardio pulmonary resuscitation.
then we had practical session.
they gave each of us a face shield so tt its more hygiene when we do cpr on the dummy.
its fun..when u know the key to do it.
im one of the first few who took the cpr test.
instructor moses is my tester for the test.
i requested to change place with him cause im used to doing it on the right side.
im puzzled y he turned the meter back-facing me when i first took the test.
after the fifth cycles of 30 compression ventilation,i was breathless.
1 n 2 n 3 n 4 n 5.... ....
he showed me my result when i finish my 1st try.
then he corrected my mistake n allowed me a 2nd try.
anw,i exceeded the time limit=p
i did my 2nd try right after my 1st try.
m also trying to catch up with my breath..
when its nearly the ending of the fifth cycles of 30 compression ventilation,im really really out of breath.sweating..
but,i passed!
thanks to the instructors who taught me the techniques n carry out the test on me.
really really thanks to all the sirs who guided me along the way when learning the whole course including cpr n fbao=)
there's one more lectures on foreign body airway obstruction.
in short,choking.
there is also practical for this.
prefer cpr.
today's lunch is provided.
enjoyed myself today.
fun..
went to eat long john silver with huiting.
then went ntuc n bought some snacks for tmr's syf.
red pants n big sun again.
