back to a few weeks ago...


remember i was saying that i went to 4e4 class chalet?you know,before that i went overseas on 21-25 nov.i went myanmar with my parent and 2nd sister,and my dad's 3 other friends.i was bringing a quite happy mood on board the plane,everything was ok and we arrived there 2 hours++ later.when we walked out of the arrival hall,we saw my dad's friends.they are the ones that are going to bring us around the country.there is one thing i must describe to you,the weather there was horrible.it was terribly hot and my sis and i are having a hard time adapting to it.it felt like its hotter in myn than spore.the sun is so scorching and what to do?we all have to apply layer and layer of sunblock lotion.you know,air con there is very difficult to find.its hot there every second.i find my home's air con now very precious,it can blow cold air~~when i need it.


actually this trip is about accompanying my parents to visit different temples and pagoda.we are buddhist.so yea,we went several interesting temple.there's one floating temple and we have to take a little boat trip to reach there.and there's one huge buddha lying temple.our tour guide is my dad's friend,once worked under my father in his company.we call him ah lai.

oh there's this highlight if the trip.we took a very long bus trip to another part of mynmar,leaving yangon.then when we reached,we ate lunch,not forgetting that its still very hot donn there.we have to take a lorry up the mountain cause its very steep and not all vehicles have the ability to move on steep slopes.my dad and his friends sat at the back.i think its quite an experience for them,haha.




so yea,something like this.hahs.squeezy and unbelievable right?they are sitting on stripes of wooden plank.

when we reached a certain place,all the tourist(except local) must alight and climb up the mountain on their own.so super weird right?then,my dad's friend bought many bamboo sticks for everyone of us there.he said its for us to climb the mountain.i was like,is a there a need?heehee.i didn think that the mountain was so difficult to climb,initially.


so we set off.a total of 10 people.the starting road was already very steep.really steep,so this make it difficult to climb up.and so,the bamboo stick was a great help in the climbing process.hahs.i was very persisting to make up to the final destination,so i climb,i pant and sweat.by a while's time,my parent was on the 'sedan' already.as my parent are not the 'sports type' people,i can understand that.there are 4 people supporting the sedan and so they move upwards the mountain.i was very amaze by how the people got the strength to carry tourist up the very steep slope.i myself had a hard time supporting my own weight.in the process of climbing,i felt like giving up cause its really tiring.i was climbing a very steep turning slope and i saw another steep turing slope ahead.there's a never ending feeling...more and more steep turing slope.i was afraid i cannot make it to the top.i walked slowly and rest at the necessary point of time.i attached a water bottle to my bermudas to quench my thirst.by this time,i was all alone.some of my dad's friends was walking far behind me.my parents' and 2nd sis's sedan was far ahead of me.





that's my mom's sedan view.how tough life can be for them.can you see how steep it is from this pic?i think they have already adapt to the weight they are carrying.they really move at a fast speed.


we left our luggage to her.its so heavy okay,grateful to her..of course we need to pay her.its so tough and she still have to carry it up the steep slope.



when i was so tired,still climbing,i saw this kind of view.its so relaxing and cool.the weather starts to turn cooling,nice~~



and so,i reached the top!the final destination,after lots of steep slope turning.i made it!i felt a victory feeling..hahas...its so tiring initially but with full determination,one can do it.
so we stayed at mountain top hotel.we went to see a huge rock which seems like floating at the edge of the cliff.its very famous in mynamar i think.the hotel room was not very big,but outside the window,the view was magnificent.it was a huge view of mountain with many trees.its just very natural,i really felt relaxing.the weather was also very cooling and nice.i like it when the wind blow hardly on my face.




the next day,we are prepared to leave.


so,we continued on the long bus journey back to yangon.we stopped at a place to have our lunch.ah lai's son pulled me to look at the swimming pool there.so i followed.then he lead me to a small scale zoo.its a cool discovery manz....there's monkey,hawk,snake,black bear,deer,crocodile,duck,chicken and otter!we realised we can buy bananas and feed them.the monkey was so cute when i fed them banana.i was so amazed as i had not fed monkeys before,hahs.they took with their hands,reaching out of their huge cage.

dont doubt,its a real one.hahas.

we went my dad's friends's house a while.then travel back to our hotel and get rest.had our dinner and went to my mom's friend's house.it was air conditioned!with huge lcd tv!oh man,that person is rich de lor.their 2 kids is also very fortunate,ahha.we went back hotel and get rest.then we took the morning flight back to singapore.home sweet home! when i reached home,i hurry contact my friends,asking them about the chalet.that 4e4 class chalet.then i went okay!so rush but its okay.so,that ends my 5 days mynmar trip.
